Hi, I was trying to extract fluid from the dip stick on the car listed above with manual pump which has a plastic pipe for extraction, unfortunately the pipe vanished into the fill tube by accident. I would like to know where does the fill tube of the transmission terminate and where could the 8-inch plastic tube be? Would it have gone into the filter and for this transmission part number 20021plxl01 which is discontinued does the transmission have to be taken apart to replace the filter? Part number for the filter is 25420p4r003. Will this tube have a negative impact on the performance of the transmission if I don't take it out?

I don't think you will have a problem; there is no tube just a dipstick which goes into the case of the transmission. Can you use a flashlight and a small claw to fish it out of there, please check the tool to be used in the link below.
