The display does not show KM/L consumption

My Nissan Serena has a display which is also shosing infomration such as radio and maps.
Initially it was showing Km/l. When I bough it it was displaying 10.6KM/L, then 10.4KM/L. Now, it is not reading anything. It just shows **.*KM/L.
What could be the problem?

Have it scanned first by a pro it may be a module problem.

Just scanned it today. Not very sure, but said tis about plugs. Changed them but remains the same

If you scanned this at an auto parts you need apro mechanic to do it to scan about your dash or body control module. Other than that I have no further suggestions as it may be a bad dash
