Temperature/oil gauge pegged out

My temperature and oil pressure gauge runs pegged out to high. My battery went bad, thought it was the problem, replaced it. The gauges worked for one day, they now still peg out to high. Replaced sensors, temperature and oil, checked wiring, cleaned tabs on back of cluster, still not fixed. Has any one had this problem? If so how did you fix it? Thank you.

Yes, what happens is the IC in the cluster is going out which causes the gauges to do what you have described. I would try a used cluster. Here is a guide to help you remove it and a video to show you what you are in for:

Hmm, sorry about that. Do all other parts of the cluster work correctly? Can you check for power at fuse #7 #13 and #5? Here is a guide and the location of the fuses. Also, here is the wiring diagram for the cluster so we can see how it works.

The voltage gauge does not show charging as much as before, I checked all fuses.

Can you check 14, 3, and 12, at the cluster to see if they have power, key on?
