Temperature gauge not reaching halfway mark, no heat in cabin?

Replaced the Temperature Sensor and thermostat, blend door actuator. Temperature gauge still reading cold goes up some then comes down slightly. No heat in the cabin.

Hello,

It sounds like there might by some air trapped in the cooling system.
Suggest trying bleed the system properly.
