I tried to make a phone call from car, and it seems that it cannot pick up my voice. when I receive a phone call, I can hear incoming calls with no problem, but people cannot hear me at all. I used the Blue Driver reader, and this is what it said.
Telematics Code B2455.

Hello,

This could be a shorted-out wire for that circuit.

I have attached the troubleshooting steps for the code B2455 below.

You will need a multimeter to perform these steps.

Go thru it step by step, this should help you determine the issue.
