Can you define a little more about what you are trying to do or what the issue is? The TCM does not have a reset procedure other then programming it. If there is an issue with it then you can unhook the battery for 5 minutes and that will force all the modules to reboot. However, there is not a "reset" procedure so let us know what it is that is happening and we can try to figure out next steps.

Attached below is the programming process from the manual.

Engine light on amd codes given the 1st time were P0700 and P0741. The truck hesitates when driving. One it goes I am okay. Someone mentioned the battery but did not mention anything after that. Before I have to fork out money on a rebuilt transmission. I am trying to see what I can do in the meantime.

Got it. Thanks for that info. Unfortunately we need to run through this testing to find the issue. This is most likely a torque converter clutch solenoid but we need to confirm this. I would not replace the transmission for this as it can most likely be fixed much cheaper.

This testing is not easy and requires a scan tool capable of running the tests. So if you don't have it, do you have any friends that have one?

Please see the attached info below for more detail. Thanks.
