Tazz don't wana start no fan no head lights

Hi I got an toyota conqust 1997 model. Ok since last week I find I got no dim light or normal lights, on my brights working, this mrng the car didn wanted to start. No lights no fan of the motor, checked everythng n looking normal gets fuel n fire but dnt wat to start
