Tapping noise only while accelerating in gear

I have the car listed above TDCI 1.6. A couple of weeks ago the air intake pipe on the air box to turbo split. I fixed it and then it started making a loud tapping noise and now another air pipe has split. What happens is only when you drive it it taps on acceleration not on tic over even revving it. Only in gear driving?

I have seen glow plugs come loose on these cars which makes the noise you are describing, but to be sure can you take a quick video of the noise and upload here to the site?

Please check the glow plugs and report back.
