How to drain the reservoir tank

I need to drain the reservoir tank to add antifreeze. Does any one know how to do it that can explain to me please?

This might be an easy way.

Be sure to remove the vac's filter.

Use a piece of fuel line or vacuum line (instead of the steel brake line in my picture).

Duct tape/etc, the smaller line inside the hose, seal it off good.

What does the tank currently have in it?
If it is only water then you will need to drain the entire cooling system and then refill with 50/50 coolant mix. Just draining the reservoir will not be enough to protect the system. If it already has actual anti-freeze in it you need to just add more Dex-Cool.
