Taillights are not working

Taillights stopped working. The passenger light quit yesterday and today the driver's side quit working. I put all new bulbs on both sides. The brake and blinkers work on both side, but no taillights and they work off the same bulb as the brake and blinkers.

Check the parking lamp relay. Location in picture. Then have scanned for codes by a mechanic, it may be the body module screwing up or poor connection.
