Dash and tail lights not working?

The dashboard lights and the tail lights are not working on my Chevy Impala. Not sure why or how to fix it. Please help!

Your rear tail lamp get voltage from the park lamp fuse. The voltage comes from the park lamp relay, when it is energized. you can pull the park lamp fuse, turn on headlamp switch, use a testlite on the fuse circuit, see if there is any voltage.
