Ok so after my license plate bulb blew as far as I know, my tail lights stopped working. Brake lights work fine along with turn signals. We checked bulbs and fuse. Both are fine. What else could cause this bc we are at a loss. Money is tight so doing a bunch of diagnostics is too expensive.

I hear ya there, money is tight for most people right now, first I would confirm power at the fuse # 37 in the IPDM under the hood with the key on, this guide can help you

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/how-to-check-a-car-fuse

If you have power at the fuse, the tail light relay is integrated inside the IPDM (Intelligent Power Distribution Module), and it is not serviceable separately. Bummer, so you will need to replace the IPDM to fix the problem. There is a small chance the wiring to the junction block at the left hand of the dash is bad, (this is where the wiring branches out to the lighting system) but 9 times out of 10 it will be the IPDM. Please upload a short video in your response of the problem, so we can see what's going on.

We got it figured out! Thanks so much! It was that main fuse we just couldn’t get to it without removing some parts I think is what my boyfriend said. We REALLY appreciate your help!
