Does it move once the engine has started? If so this is normal.

It sounds like the crankshaft sensor has gone bad, here is its location so you can change it out. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.

The reason the tachometer wasn't moving when cranking I forgot to hook the connected backup at the crank sensor. So the tachometer will move now when cranking. So you say the crank sensor bad? How do I check for signal at the crank sensor and the coils from the computer?

The best way is to check for the pulse signal at the coil, here is a guide to help:
I don't know which wire to connect my voltmeter to the coils have 4 wires connected to it. Which one is positive wire and trigger signal wire? Hope to find the problem soon.

There are only two wires to the sensor, put your volt meter on millivolts and crank the engine over, you should see a pulse.

I use my sensor tester to test the crankshaft position sensor. On my tester it have 4 or 5 red lights on it so when I connect it to the sensor and crank the engine the lights on my tester suppose to blink when cranking but it didn't so I'm not getting a pulse from the crankshaft position sensor.I also check for a pulse at the camshaft sensor with my tester I got a pulse from the cam sensor the lights on my tester was blinking so I belive the crankshaft sensor is bad.

I took the old crankshaft sensor out and bench test it by connected my sensor tester to it and used a flathead screwdriver and went up and down in front of the part where the magnet is I use the screwdriver as a reluctance wheel and the red lights was blinking on my sensor tester so that mean my old sensor is good and I bought a new sensor and I tested it the same way and lights blinking on my sensor tester so I have't replace the new sensor yet because I believe my old one is good I need a wiring digram for the Ignition coils color wires so I can check for pulse at the coils I don't want to connect to the wrong wire. Do the wires connector run to the PCM? I did check for volts at the 4 connector wires at the coil 2 of them had about 5 volts. Hope to find the problem soon.

Just so you know, the way you are testing the sensor is not a 100% test, the sensor must be operation to fully test it under load which is done with an oscilloscope.
