And should I replace the inner and outer tie rods or can I just replace the outer tie rod?

Hello my name is Dave.

As far as the tie rod ends; yes, you can replace just the outer ones provided they are the ones showing play, the inner usually outlast the outer by a considerable amount of time/use.

For your sway bar the bushings torque is 52 lb/ft and the links are 14 lb/ft

Good morning,

I posted the spec for you for the sway bar bushings.

Also, you can just replace the outer tie rod ends without doing the inner.
