The air bag light on the dash came on and the warning bell/buzz for the right seat belt not being connected is not working and also my clock keeps flashing and I can not set the time. Someone told me that this is caused by a defective "Slider Switch" and because it is conected to to air bag system it would cost a $1,000 for the switch. Is this true? Please help.
Thank you

Hi Andy Ulichny,

Thank you for the donation.

In order to know what is wrong with the system and the cause, you would have to peform a diagnostic check to retrieve the code. Let me know the codes retrieved.
