2006 Suzuki Reno bucking

I just had harmonic balancer, v belt, and tensioner replaced. Now car feels like it wants to stall when it is idling and when driving the rpm go up and down. Could they have forgotten to plug in a sensor- now the check engine light is on

They thought it needed tune-up. They did that. Still light came on. Then they changed the cam sensor --problem solved --so far
