Im a single dad & cant afford to pay for a belt change. I was wondering if this is something I can do at home, or should it be a mechanic?

You could possibly do this repair at home with the correct tools and instructions. As you have not supplied vehicle details we cannot assit further. Your local library will be able to supply a repair manual for step by step instructions and diagrams. Repost with any questions you may have during the repair !

Hello, yes.

What car, what belt.

My web page covers all but fan belts.

I guess the timing belt? For the CAM?
