My radiator water is always lost and my cylinder head have a water, how can I fix it the mchine shop is not accept it.

Your car has a coolant leak.
It can be caused by 100 things.

This takes EYES on a hot motor or the use of a compression gauge.

1: find someone who can diagnose this issues.
2: then find one who can repair it.

If you desire to diagnose this issues. Then say exactly where you see the coolant leak, on a hot motor and under full coolant natural pressure.

That would be a great start. Cheers.
