2006 Suzuki Forenza car wont start

My car started last night but when I tried this morning it wouldn't start or even turn over, its not the battery, it makes like a spark sound when I try to turn it over

The sound you hear, is it a click when you turn the key to start? If so the starter or battery, or battery cables could be the problem, check and clean the cables as a first step, BOTH ends on the negative cable, remove the neg first and put it back on last!
