1997 Subaru Outback Lh front injector not working

Engine Performance problem
1997 Subaru Outback 4 cyl Automatic

I have checked and found ECU not earthing LH front injector. Wiring ok from injector to ECU. Would it be the ECU or could it be an earth to the ECU or something else.

it could be a bad component inside the pcm that is hindering its function.
