1990 subaru legacy sedan 2.0 efi engine I am only getting spark to 2 cylinders. Coil pack is good, ignighter is good. What else might cause this problem? ECM maybe? If so, where is the ecm located?

The ECu for that car is behind the dash between the steering column and the left inner side. Check to see if you have injector pulse to all.

Replacement of a PCM/ECM/ECU should be done only after power and ground circuits to PCM/ECM/ECU
have been tested and all PCM/ECM/ECU have been checked for proper curent draw to prevent repeated faillure.
Be carefull to ground yourself to dessipate any static electrical charges from your body prior to handling the replacement.
