The air conditioner does nothing when I turn it on (no noise, nothing to indicate that it is on) Is there a fuse that may be blown? If so where would it be located? Or is it something else that is wrong. Thanks

Theres always a fuse for thea/c circuit but there 's a lot of reason a/c compressor not engaging too. Givin the mileage. Ur car should be a 2000 and newer. Anything can cause it.I know for even earlier car for example we fix a pwr steering pressure switch ona 99' mitsubishi or mazda and the a/c start to work. Moral of the story is todays new car. The a/c ctrl is by request not command thru a/c module but all factor on other modules play roles as part of the a/c system. Good luck

There may be 2 fuses for the fan.
Does the fan work when the heater is on? If so the blower is OK.

If we help, let us know.

The fuse is located in the fuse block above the drivers side kick panel. Most likely it isnt blown or worse if it is blown the clutch for the ac compressor may have failed.
