1999 Subaru Legacy air controls

I drive a subaru legacy gt limited. The rare one. Lol. My air controls stopped working. A/c compressor kicks on, heat warms up but no air comes out and none of the 4 air speeds work. All the fuses are fine and relays. What do I do?

Hi 99BLKGT,

Give the blower some knocks to see if you can start it up, replace motor f it works. Test for power suply to motor and test if it works if battery voltage is applied.
