So, I have replace radiator, cap, hoses, thermostat and had head gaskets tested. Car runs great without thermpstat. Been through 3 thermostats and it overheats every time I put one in. Any suggestions?

Replace the thermostat with only an OEM. Make sure it isn't being put in upside down. (Easy to do) Make sure bleeder valve on new t-stat is pointed toward the front of the engine.
