Heater problem
1995 Subaru Legacy

I am not getting any air flow from my blower motor. I have checked that and its good to go, I was told I should check the blower motor relay next but I have no idea where it is. Can you help me find it?

Thanks,
-Marc

Up under the left (drivers side) of the dash above the kick panel and fuse box, if you pull that lower dash cover off you can see it. The connector will be facing you. It is an off-white connector.

I have a replacement relay and it looks nothing like anything under the drivers side dash. Is it hidden or behind anything or out of reach? Is it on the far left or in the center? When I'm looking underneath?

Sorry for all the questions, I just can't find it and it's annoying me a little.

You have a pic of your replacement? Perhaps you have wrong part. Once the lower cover is removed you should be able to spot it pretty easily

Sorry for the delay, I asked a few other techs on here for their thoughts. Here is what they came up with. The relay is just under the air vent by the driver door. The original relay is also a 4 prong relay, NOT a 5 prong relay, however the 5 prong WILL still work. Hope this helped a little more. And also if the relay doesn't solve the problem don't forget to check the blower motor resistor
