1993 Subaru Legacy No power AT ALL!

Car was dead one morning, would not start with a jump or battery charger, Replaced battery, now I have no power at all, not even a dash light. There is 12.6 to the starter, all the big fuses look good. Cleaned all the grounds, the circuit from battery to fuses is good. What next?

Physically check and test all the fusible links

Try checking your alternator or you could tear your dash apart and check on whats going on
