Interior problem
1998 Subaru Forester All Wheel Drive Automatic 90000 miles

I had the windshield replaced 8 months ago. When it rains, water comes in under heater on passenger side. Windshield is not leaking anywhere. I was told that maybe there is a drain hose stopped up somewhere under the plastic cowl under windshield. Water apparently comes in at top of windshield down inside the assembly and comes out under heater. I was told that maybe windshield repair man may not have sealed the fresh air intake hole properly. What can I do?

Have you had the repair man check for leaks? Have you had someone spray the car with a hose to try and identify where the problem is coming from? Finally, does the same problem occurr when you use the AC?
