The car will not start, the alternator is spinning, when the ignition is turned on?

My vehicle listed above 1.2 8v has a problem, the car won't start. The alternator is spinning. When the ignition is turned on, only the airbag light comes on, on the dashboard, the other lights don't come on and the indicators just twitch, the fuses and battery are checked to be good. There is no power to the diagnostic port. I suspect the problem is in the lock or immobilizer system.

So, there is no belt on the engine, how can you tell the alternator is spinning? I would check the battery ground to engine and the ground to the chassis, both must be in good shape, also I would remove the battery and have it load tested, low voltage will cause all kinds of strange things to happen. Please upload a video of the alternator spinning, I got to see this!
