I changed the fluid twice on this vehicle to see if the shudder or what feels like shudder goes away. IT DID NOT. I CHANGED THE FRONT DIFF FLUID, SAME THING, maybe a bit better shifting like you would expect from changing fluids. It almost feels as if there is bad gas, or bad plugs, but there are no codes. I cannot get to watch the misfires on the auto for some reason, volvo is always a headache to get any info but ill dig deeper. I am trying to figure out if there is anything else like a transfer case maybe since this is a 4wd that has worn fluid.I also hear a minor PCV whistle which is common on these, I will replace it later, but I doubt has anything to do with it. I did the adaptation reset now. I also did something called recondition oil due to hard or jerky shifting. They recommend it after changing fluids. It des not jerk hard or slip, just the common erratic shifting at low gears, low speeds, once you go above 45 or 50 its all good.I also floored it to see and its super strong, no issues there. Not sure where to look. Can you see if there is a TSB for any software updates on these? It's the T6 AWD

I have seen the rear differential fluid cause this issue, it wears out and causes the clutches to stick together causing the shudder. I don't see a drain port so you may need to suck the fluid out.

SAE 75W-90 Full Synthetic Gear Oil

Check out the images (below). Let us know how it goes

Ya this one is easy to change. Same way as the front I had to suck it out which is not a bog deal. I will try it and see

Just looked at the picts from when I bought it from the auction. I see one for when they scanned it it had a p0301 even though am not feeling any misfire. Am gonna check on the plug and coil and see if another scanner has the option to allow me to see any live data as far as misfires
