The clutch on my vehicle is quite heavy but the main problem is the bite point. The bite point is just millimetres off the floor. When the engine is warm it is difficult to engage first, second and reverse, when the engine is cold it is impossible to get reverse. The gears engage nicely with the engine off. I've had the car for two and a half years and the clutch has always been the same.

Hello I'm Tom,

You could have a couple things happening; If the issue came on quick your clutch master or slave could be going bad. If the bite point has been slowly changing then it could possibly need to be adjusted. Take a look at the top of the clutch pedal the shaft leading is there thread and a lock nut? If so, that's you adjuster. Give me a couple and I will look up what came in your car.
