I just bought this SUV LS model, radio works no sound. I even tried an aftermarket radio to make sure it wasn’t the radio and still no sound. Had every wire connected correctly, checked and replaced all the fuses. Previous owner had replaced all speakers said everything was working about a week before I bought then no sound. I can hear the factory amp turn on, also it is not a Bose system. Can anyone help me out?

Welcome to 2CarPros.

Did you check all connections at the amp? It is located to the right of the I/P behind the compartment box. See picture 1.

Check to make sure nothing is loose and the plugs are tightly connected. Also, two additional pictures which are of the plugs and what each pin is for.

Let me know if this helps.

Yes I checked all that. Today it randomly started playing when I hit a bump and turned. I am starting to think it’s a pinched wire or something.

Welcome back:

I agree with you, but I feel it is more like a loose wire. I would recheck all connectors. Also, disconnect them, inspect the pins to make sure nothing is corroded or pushed in and not making proper connection, and I suggest using dielectric grease on all of them.

Let me know if that helps.
