I replaced the clock spring. When I did it the tires were straight and the steering wheel was also. After reassembly I lined the mark on the shaft with the mark on the steering wheel, now my steering wheel is off center. Help please! Thanks in advance.

Apparently you have one of the few vehicles that does not use a key or special notch to force the steering wheel to be installed in just one way. I would park the car with the wheels straight ahead, then remove, turn, and reinstall the steering wheel. That was the only way to adjust the steering wheel to center it on older VW's and some trucks. They only had one "toe" adjustment for one front wheel. You had to drive the car to see where to put the steering wheel. (Used to enjoy pulling the wheel off at stop lights, then showing it to the driver in the next lane, with a surprised look).
