My steering wheel is locked and the key will not turn in the ignition. I have done everything I have seen on the internet as far as turning the wheel while also turning the key. The steering wheel has the most movement being turned to the left and is completely locked to the right, so I tried turning it to the left while also turning the key in the ignition. I have tried slightly wiggling the wheel while turning the key. I have also tried slipping the key out in infinitesimal amounts while turning it. I have tried spraying my key with WD40. I have also tried all of the above while having my foot on the brake. Nothing seems to work

What happens is the ignition key and tumbler become worn out and the lock part stops working. You must replace the key and tumbler combination. You will need to have the new keys programmed by the dealer or a garage that can do it, call first.

Here is what the repair consists of (below)

Please let us know what happens and upload pictures or videos of the problem.
