Steering wheel buttons not working

None of the buttons work, including the horn.

When the buttons and the horn are not working this is most always a clock spring failure.

I am attaching the process from the manual on how to replace this.

However, the best thing to do is check power coming from the connectors to find out if we can get voltage coming through it when you press the horn.
