Steering wheel replacement/swap

Hello,

So you have got a steering wheel that is different from your original one?
Does the replacement steering wheel have any spot where the buttons might go or is just a steering wheel that does not have the same controls?

I assume that the steering wheel you have for the replacement does not have the buttons for radio, cruise, or other functions? If this is the case then unfortunately you will not be able to control these functions without the buttons and there is no way to add them.

If you found a wheel from a salvage yard then I would suggest returning it and attempting to find one off a vehicle that is similarly equipped with yours.
