I changed the ignition switch actuator on the car and now the turn signal won't spring back, the windshield washer fluid wont spray, and the horn honks every time I turn, what did I do wrong?

It is hard to say what you would have done wrong to cause all this to happen but clearly there is a connector not seated or possibly the harness is rubbed through and touching a piece of metal which is grounding it out.

No matter what we are going to have to remove it and inspect what happened.

I included the diagrams and process on the ignition for you to review.

Please run through this and let us know if you have other questions and what you find. Thanks
