Steering Spindle damage?

The nut on my left tie rod was backing off resulting in scratches on the spindle lug hole. I am not sure if I should replace the spindle, could not find any info online. Photos attached.

I don't see the images can you pleas reload them so I can see what you are talking about? The spindle has a taper fit to the tie rod.

So it looks like the taper is damaged, but it you clean it and the tie rod, then hold pressure on it to try and get the taper to lock you might be able to tighten the nut to factory specs and you will be okay.

150 Nm (111 lb-ft)

If not you will need to replace the spindle, sorry, thanks for the images.
