Two months ago, I changed out my rack bled it and did an alignment. I saw that it was leaking again so I switch it on warranty this past Thursday did the same stuff. That one didn’t work right. So, I just put a new one in again today, I did the same stuff bleed it but this time when I was doing that my service steering system light came on. So, I did the alignment again as well, but the light is still on. I don’t know what went wrong?

Hi,

Have you checked for diagnostic trouble codes? Also, although the light is on, does it work properly?

Let me know.

Joe

Hi,

That is possible. You may want to get an electronics contact cleaner and spray it out to make sure there isn't something causing trouble.

I attached diagnostics below. Take a look through them and see if it is something you are comfortable doing. Also, let me know how hard it is to turn the wheel when not moving or if you hear a hissing sound when making turns.

Let me know what I can do to help.

Take care,

Joe
