Steering jerk

I have a good front suspension. Just went through it. Wondering why it violently jerked recently. Cold day, low speed. I have a 3" lift with big wheels and tires on it but I think it is electrical.

The steering wheel is moving or the entire truck? Can you please shoot a quick video with your phone so we can see? that would be great. You can upload it here with your response.
