Steering column problem

Hi,

I am writing from France, so first of all forgive my English please! Lol
So here is my problem: I have the car listed above it is the Royale model to restore by myself. This model has a tilt steering column.
I guess there is some missing parts, because the column moves at the steering wheel level.

Do you have a detailed diagram with all parts (even the little ones) so that I can check and rebuilt the whole column?

Yes there are many small parts and you may need a small pivot pin puller to remove the bowl.

Here is a diagrams (below) that will show you how it goes together:
