Static noise inside the car from the speakers

I have a bmw 318i 2010 Im hearing a static noise from the speakers even when the engine is stopped, and when I turn on the lights the noise increase Please help

That is usually caused by a remote amplifier not turning off. BMW doesn't make parts or service information available so you'll have to visit the dealer for a definite diagnosis, but most likely the amplifier will need to be replaced.
