Hello my name is Dave.

First thing that comes to mind is the neutral safety switch on the transmission, try putting the transmission in neutral and see if it will start, if it does your switch needs adjusted or, more likely needs replaced.
My data shows that the fan is belt driven from the factory so I was wondering if that is what you replaced or if the fan was replaced with an electric fan. If it has an electric fan then I would be suspicious of an electrical short caused by the fans.
If you could try putting it neutral and letting us know if that works and let us know about the cooling fans we will be interested in finding out the outcome. We look forward to hearing back from you on your progress and thank you for using 2CarPros!
