I have a mechanic question. I have a 2002 Chevy Malibu my car has been in a no start condition for the last two weeks. When I hit the gas when I do get the car started it seems like it wants to stall out when I put it in gear and give you gas. The car does stall out what I did was remove the PCM battery fuse and placed it back in the fuse box in the car started right up several times in a row with no problem. I changed coil packs, ignition control, module, spark plug wire spark plugs everything do you think the PCM is the issue ? If so, is there anything that I can do to reset anything or just get a new PCM?

I don't think it is the PCM, it sounds more like the fuel pump is going out which is way more common than the failing PCM. When you turn the key on without starting the engine do you hear the fuel pump come on? I would first change the fuel filter which is under the car above the EVAP canister. Here is a guide to help and the fuel filter location as well:
