The engine does not crank, new starter relay, solenoid, and starter all new?

I have a new starter with a new solenoid on it and I have a new starter relay. The starter engages but won't disengage and actually cranks the engine. What's wrong
now?

It is hard to tell what you are saying but I have seen a weak battery cause this issue. To be sure, here is a guide to help you load test the battery:
