When I turn over the ignition it does nothing?

I have a full battery charge but when I turn over the ignition it does nothing.

Hello,

When you turn the key, does it make any clicking noise? or any noise at all?
Is this something that happen all of a sudden?

This vehicle does not have a starter relay but a neutral safety switch.
