Starter?

Does this sound like I need to replace my starter? Ruled out battery. Don't think it's fuel pump bc I can hear it run and I've tried priming it by cycling the key and it doesn't make it start any faster. It eventually starts and runs fine afterwards. No CEL no codes

Ok so another problem I'm now having is a P0011 code on my 2013 Sonota. Had oil changed and cleaned the VVT solenoids both intake and exhaust. Still throwing the code. Any suggestions?

Did you do the repair or did you pay a shop to do it? I have seen bits of dirt, seals, etc get caught in the tiny passages just below the VVT solenoids. If everything looks good and clear, it is possible the timing chain is stretched. But you would need to disassemble to verify.
