The starter is not getting enough juice from the battery the wire is loose.

Which wire is loose? The starter places a heavy load on the battery, if you have a loose wire, that is likely the problem.

Let me know which wire is of concern. If it is the battery terminal that is loose, make sure it is clean first, and then tighten it. Take a look through this link.
