Stalls then high RPM on restart

After driving for about thirty minutes it stalls then high rpm on restart. Turn key off then restart rpm normal. Then drive and stalls then high rpm on restart. Had code po133 replaced upper o2 sensor. Problem not solved.

This sounds like a classic crankshaft angle sensor that is no good.
