I started having problems about week ago I filled it up with gas and was driving suddenly realized my rpm gauge went down to 0 as I was still driving. When I came to a stop I turned it off restarted and was back to normal. Didn’t think to much of it until got off work and was on my way home and suddenly around 3,000 rpm's the car stalled and showed a check engine light. I had a code reader handy it showed crankshaft position sensor. So I got a OEM one from Hyundai replaced it and the check engine light has not returned, but any time I pass 3,000 rpm's at high speeds it will attempt to stall (shakes hard) and rpm's will go back to 0 or accelerate hard over 3,000 rpm's in lower gears it violently stalls itself. Had a recall on the car for a ECU update that had some similar symptoms of my problems. But I took it in the said they did the update but still same problems. I need some help!

Hello,

this is common when the throttle bore comes dirty causing a correlation issue between the throttle actuator and the PCM. Here is a guide to help fix it:

Please run down this guide and report back.
