I changed the harmonic balancer and crank shaft sensor. The car starts and runs fine in park or neutral. When I put it in gear it has no power and stalls.

Maybe the tcc is locked up?

How long since a tune-up? Any applicable trouble codes? Your obd1, you should be able to check some codes, yourself.

The car actually will move just have to force it. Could the TCC still be the problem? Sorry for my ignorance.

If it is the tcc, it should shall immediately, if that is the problem. Can you check for trouble codes? To check codes, you use a jumper between terminals A & B at the data link connector, under lower edge of dash, probably between the steering column and driver door. With jumper connected, turn key just till dash lites come on, no further, then the mil on the dash starts flashing, you count the flashes to get the codes, your looking for two digit codes. An example, a code 23 would be 2 quick flashes, slight pause then three quick flashes. It may repeat three times before moving to next code.

I'd probably want to give it a tune-up. See if that helps, check all filters, check fuel pressure.
